Proposed limits to the authority of the MDC

“HJR 25 — MISSOURI CONSERVATION COMMISSION

SPONSOR: Ross

Upon voter approval, this resolution would amend the Constitution

to repeal the Conservation Commission’s authority to acquire land.

This bill is the same as HJR 103 (2016).”
