Tie in brown hackle for rib

Tie in a few peackcock herl for body; wrap forward about 2/3 of hook shank; tie off

Palmer brown hackle over body; tie off

Tin in a pinch of white tipped squirrel tail on top of body about hook shank length; trim excess

Tin in a few strands of peacock herl; create a herl rope by twisting herl into a dubbing loop; wrap forward to hook eye; tie off

Wrap a thread head; whip finish; head cement
