At the MTFA State Derby Howard Hawkins, Harry Morgan, and I submitted the documentation required for making the Branson Group of MTFA-Springfield a separate club with its own provisional charter. Our own Lezley Chastain is the new President of the MTFA-State Council. The Council presidency changes at the end of each state derby. Lezley will preside over State Council meetings until the next fundraiser in May 2018.
